1: Drink More and More water.


Water is very important for our body, it controls our body temperature.
Because water is involved in many metabolic processes in your body, being dehydrated has the potential to slow your metabolism down, which can hamper weight loss.
There’s also a theory that having a glass of water before a meal can make you feel satisfied faster, meaning you eat less calories.

2: Do your breakfast and never skip it.

We all know the importance of a healthy breakfast and there is a reason it is called one of the most important meals of the day. Breakfast should be consumed within an hour of waking up and should be containing all the essential nutrients our body requires.

3: Drink Green tea

Drink tea can very beneficial in weight loss, it is rich of antioxidant.
Green tea contains small amounts of caffeine, but it is also loaded with powerful antioxidants called catechins, which are also believed to work synergistically with the caffeine to enhance fat burning

4:  Avoid processed and packed foods

Try to eat home made food and avoid packed and processed food because they very rich in calorie and contain FAT.

5: Avoid eating after 8 PM


Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper". Dinner is something, which should be as light as possible because it is that time of the day when your digestive system is preparing to shut down. So avoid eating after 8 pm so as to give your body enough time to digest.

6: Eat less SALT


Water retention induces a puffed belly. And as salt is something which is attracted to water, it contributes in gaining extra fat. To avoid this unnecessary fat, switch to salt-free seasonings like cayenne pepper and notice the difference on your own.

7: Regular Excercise

Adding more activity to your daily routine – walking to work or using the stairs – is a sure fire way to aid weight loss. Weight lifting is also really important to stop your body losing muscle mass.
When you introduce a calorie deficit into your diet and your body notices low energy levels over a prolonged period, it may enter 'starvation mode' where it starts to break down muscle for energy and your metabolism slows do
